🔮 SPIRITUAL INTEGRITY NOTICE
All items offered through Wes Horror are spiritual artifacts, energetically charged and sealed upon dispatch. Due to the sacred nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstance.
⏳ PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packaged with care and symbolic intention. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery within USA & AFRICA. Free "standard" delivery to USA & Africa, all other regions --shipping calculated based on buyer’s location at checkout.
🏷️ ADDRESS ACCURACY
Buyers are responsible for entering their shipping address exactly as it should appear. We do not modify or correct addresses. If your carrier cannot verify the address, your order may be canceled and refunded. If your item is already in transit and the address is incorrect, reshipping fees will apply.
🚚 CARRIERS USED
We ship via DHL, Caiano, USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on location and service availability. Every order includes a tracking number. Once mailed, the item is in the hands of your chosen carrier. We do not control delivery speed, routing, or delays.
🚫 PACKAGE THEFT & DELIVERY CLAIMS
We do not cover package theft, mis-delivery, or lost items marked as “delivered.”
Shipping insurance is available at checkout. If your item is marked delivered but not received, contact your carrier immediately and file a report. Packages may arrive 1–2 days after marked delivery—please monitor closely.
🛡️ INSURANCE OPTION
Buyers may choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. This is the only pathway for financial recovery in the event of theft, loss, or damage. Insurance claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
📍 TRACKING & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your item is mailed, it is in the hands of your chosen shipping entity. Buyers are responsible for contacting their carrier directly for updates, claims, or delivery issues.
